Daud is the Media and Communications Officer at Fight Inequality Alliance, a role that supports the design and the implementation of FIA’s communications strategy. His role also helps position FIA at the centre of key global debates on inequality, support grassroots leaders to tell their stories, and drive media engagement across traditional, alternative, and emerging channels.

Based in Lilongwe, Malawi, Daud has over 15 years of experience in media and communications working with International, regional and national civil society organisations. He is passionate about fighting inequality campaigns, economic justice and climate justice.

Daud strongly believes that media media is an exceptionally powerful tool that can bring about positive change in society by educating the public, driving social justice, movement building, fostering community, and holding power accountable.
